Technical processing: Creation of workshop and detailed plans with welding instructions and one construction schedule -Construction site setup: Setting up, maintaining/operating (approx. 2 months) and clearing the construction site -Fender manufacturing and installation: manufacturing and Delivery of 7 fender brackets (2 angle profiles each 120x80x12 mm, S235JR) and 1 corner fender bracket (HEA 360, S235JR) included fastening material; Installation of the brackets by welding to the existing sheet pile wall (Execution class EXC2 according to DIN EN 1090-2); Manufacture and delivery of Square composite fenders (rubber/UHMW-PE, 300x300 mm, total length 40 m) and installation. -Demolition: Pulling of 9 existing wooden friction piles (length approx. 12 m) and dismantling them associated 9 friction post holders
