Lots: Repair/maintenance work for musical instruments - Repair and restoration service for musical instruments. Elimination of operational wear defects. Repair of keyboard-hammer mechanisms, shulters, capsules, damper units. Adjustment keyboard-hammer mechanisms. Alignment of hammers. Checking the installation of mechanisms. Checking the pilots and adjusting the backlash. Adjusting the keyboard. Adjustment of dampers, damper spoons, pedals. The supplier must perform the following basic activities works: Repair and replacement of keyboard parts, re-arrangement of capsules, installation and adjustment of the keyboard; • Dismantling and repair of mechanics, re-fitting of axial holes, repair of the pedal mechanism, replacement of broken parts; • Replacement of corroded and false sounding strings; • Repair of Virbelbank; • Deck repair; Intonation. The total number of tools is 10 pcs. Tuning (tuning) piano strings manually by ear and using instruments. The string tension of the note "A" of the first octave is 1/2 tone above the fundamental tone to the frequency 466 Hz vibrations. Tuning the strings of the entire choir in unison. Tuning the fundamental octave with intervals of fifths and fourths. Approximate breakdown of temperament. Tuning the strings of the treble and bass registers at octave intervals. String bending with tuning. Examination sound quality.
