Reorganization of the university's internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) The following work packages are planned: 1. Conception and design phase with specification of attribute flows or automatic attribute generation. At the beginning, within the framework of Kick-off workshops create a rough milestone plan and clarify the exact project approach and responsibilities. Part of this phase also includes the creation of a migration concept for migrating from the current state to the new system, as well as a Data protection and security analysis, which is also coordinated with data protection officers, IT security officers and staff council. 2. Implementation phase, in which the agreed milestones and the finished solution are implemented and tested are carried out and the documentation is created. The following documents should be created: a) Test case catalog b) User manual for IAM administrators c) Documentation of the configuration d) Operations manual for system administrators 3. Migration phase in which the new system is put into production in a process that does not disrupt operations. 4. Productive phase. Optionally, support should be available for the first 3 months if required (user help desk for administrators) or a support contract be offered.
