Renovation of the Wuppertal campus; VE323 Carpenter (Installations) BARMER, one of the leading statutory health insurance companies in Germany, is planning a comprehensive renovation of its main administration building in Wuppertal under the name “Renovation Campus Wuppertal”. The subject of this tender is the award unit (VE) 323 carpenter (fittings). The subject of the contract to be awarded VE 323 Schreiner (Installations) is interior design services on a total area of approx. 2, 500 m², spread over five floors. The order includes the following services: - Carpentry work / carpentry work ; - curtain work; - tiling work (wall tiles); - Delivery and installation of decorative lighting. Scope of services in detail: 1 reception area, lobby, waiting area; 1 event area; 11 marketplaces including pantries; 1 event kitchen; 1 board tea kitchen; 1 casino - canteen, 1 coworking area. Characteristic installations include: reception counters, fixed and mobile room dividers, seating, wall coverings, stage platforms, coffee bars, Gastro fittings, baffle ceilings, pantries, cupboard fittings including seating niches, electrically controlled curtains, curtain room dividers.
