The city of Tecklenburg intends to convert the cultural center and renovate it to make it more energy efficient, thus bringing it up to the current technical standard. The building, built in 1960, is a listed building and was most recently used as an event location by various organizations. The renovation measureshme includes the demolition, gutting and dismantling work in the 5-story building. The service of this tender therefore includes all the work required for the demolition and dismantling work, as well as comprehensive pollutant remediation.
