Renovation of St. Vincenz Hospital Diez - heating The subject of the construction work is the necessary adaptation and modernization of the building on all floors while the hospital continues to operate. Heating. The construction project involves the renovation of the St. Vincenz Hospital in Diez at Adelheidstrasse 2. Due to the outdated condition of the majority of the rooms (showers and toilets in the hallway, cramped three-bed rooms) as well as the condition of the general ward areas, this renovation is necessary urgently needed. The hospital currently has 154 beds in 67 rooms. Of these, 97 beds and 39 rooms are outdated or without bathrooms. After the renovation measures have been implemented, 136 beds will be available in 15 single rooms ( 11 of which are isolation rooms), 106 two-bed rooms and 15 three-bed rooms are available in a contemporary and structured manner. The construction project will be implemented in a total of 5 consecutive construction phases. For this reason, continuous work is required not possible in the individual trades.
