Architectural achievement Renovation of the sports and multi-purpose hall, roof Renovation of sports and multi-purpose hall, roof swimming pool The existing multi-purpose hall (swimming and sports hall) provides a central public facility for school and club sports for further communal uses in the community. It was built in 1977. The hall is regularly used by several local clubs, such as gymnastics, cycling, football, model sports and music clubs, etc., as well as for school sports and is occupied every day of the week (Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.). There is therefore a high quantitative need for the long-term usability of the hall as an important part of the municipal infrastructure. As part of ongoing use Significant structural and technical deficits have been identified that make renovation absolutely necessary. In particular, the current fire protection requirements are not met. Additional requirements for BMA and ELA are available. This represents a significant risk to the safe operation of the hall and is already restricting the possible uses.
