The work to be carried out concerns three items: • Renovation of men's showers - Post 1 • Expansion of the changing room for the OPS ladies - Post 2 • Repair of the floor in the OPS changing room for men - Post 3 POST 1 • Sanitary facilities: Operation of the showers and associated installations cannot be guaranteed. There are indications of technical defects and/or obsolescence. • Furniture: The existing furniture has reached its end of life and shows clear signs of wear. • Carpeting: There is visible damage to the carpeting in the changing room, caused by water seeping in from the shower room. The contractor will include four required options in the tender stating the cost pattern. 1) Requirement option 1: pouring mortar (leveling compound) - repair of existing screed 2) Required option 2: wall tiles: glossy white 90 cm x 30 cm 3) Required option 3: Collective hygienic stainless steel washbasins, provided in a standard version with fixed lengths, to be attached to the wall. The washbasins have a raised splashback and a strip for placing care products (toothpaste, soap, etc.). Each sink is equipped with the necessary mixer taps. The mixer taps will only be used after approval purchased and installed by the client. The washbasins meet the CE strength requirements.
