Format General Building Code
The municipality of Londerzeel wishes to work on a municipal policy plan Space for the entire territory of Londerzeel and, if possible, simultaneously with a simple RUP cores and a general building code. Local authority Londerzeel wishes to be guided for these assignments and is looking for a specialized engineering firm for this.
If all lots are awarded, the processes will be coordinated as much as possible in terms of content.
If different contractors are appointed, there is a coordination and coordination obligation.
The contract includes 3 lots:
Lot 1 - Spatial Policy Plan
- A strategic vision 2040-2050 for the spatial development of Londerzeel and its sub-centres;
- A policy framework, we currently propose the following policy frameworks:
* Built-up space (centres, business zones, interweaving of functions, greening, economic activities, leisure activities, etc.) including action plan
* Open Space (water, greening, protection of open space and nature, recreation) - including action plan
The content and number of policy frameworks can be adjusted based on the analysis phase.
- An integrated participation process and communication plan
- Plan EIA
