Any bid/proposal with incorrect/inappropriate/no label shall automatically be disqualified.Shall be recorded in the bid receipt record available at the UNDP security desk. Any bid/proposal not recorded shall automatically be disqualified.Shall be dropped by the bidder into the UNDP bid box.
