The PEI consists of 9 buildings, built in 1984 planned until 1987 and realized from 1988. The building complex has a maximum of 8 floors, three of the floors are technical floors, two of the floors are basement floors. The buildings are spread over a property measuring approximately 200 m x 150 m This involves the renovation of approx. 59 fire dampers containing asbestos, which are divided into 23 renovation areas. The fire dampers to be renovated are distributed throughout the institute. We have 2 extensive renovation areas with 11 fire dampers, According to TRGS 519 and all other fire dampers must be renovated using the BT 58 process.
