Specialist planning for technical equipment, ALG 1+2+3, LPH 1-9 Renovation, conversion and expansion of the Schelmengraben primary school including interim container facility, Wiesbaden 1. Project description The Schelmengraben primary school is a 4-grade primary school with an entrance level. The building consists of 2 components, which were built in 1973 and 1975. The existing spatial capacity of the Schelmengraben primary school is not sufficient to meet the future legal right to full-day care. Des Furthermore, the existing building is in need of renovation. The Schelmengraben primary school is therefore to be renovated and expanded by approx. 600m² HNF in accordance with the spatial program specifications. A cafeteria for around 450 meals in three shifts is to be built become. Es ist vorgesehen den Bestand zu einer "Clusterschule" umzubauen. Aus diesen Gründen wurde im Jahr 2022 eine Machbarkeitsstudie erstellt. In dieser Studie wurden zwei Varianten untersucht. Im Zuge der Machbarkeitsstudie wurden auch Baumgutachten, static investigations, structural fire protection and pollutant levels were examined. It is planned to outsource or build school operations in a container facility during the renovation work.
