Tenders are invited for Renovation of Chilled Water Production Facilities for the Air Conditioning of the R+12 Building.

The BCEAO is launching this call for tenders to select a company that will be responsible for renovating the chilled water production facilities for air conditioning in the R+12 building of its Headquarters in Dakar.

3. Project characteristics

The expected services are organized in a single lot and relate in particular to:

· the replacement of the five (5) condenser coolers with four (4) condenser coolers, two (2) of which are fixed speed and two (2) of modulating speed, including a backup cooler;

· the replacement of the two (2) secondary pumps;

· replacement of the water treatment system;

· testing, adjustment of operating parameters and commissioning of new facilities;
