Structural planning according to § 51 HOAI The city of Pasewalk intends to award the structural planning for the renovation of the building shell of the locomotive shed. The following structural measures are to be implemented at a later date: - Renewal and Renovation of the windows including making professional connections to the existing masonry, dismantling changes to the window openings after 1945 - New construction of gates based on historical models or comparable examples as rescue gates - Renewal the roof covering including the insulation level above the wooden formwork and renovation or restoration of the eaves and verges - Repair the external wall surfaces as required: remove and replace loose joint material, destroyed or missing clinker bricks Replace, repair with brick replacement compound if necessary - Checking the sealing levels, if necessary replacing/renovating the horizontal and vertical sealing in the external masonry Check the wooden structure, damaged wooden parts according to the recommendations of the Replace the wood protection report or cut it healthily and reinforce it if necessary - Revision of floors and interior wall surfaces in the course of further concept development (main goal: barrier-free expansion while preserving the signs of use of the locomotive shed) - Renewal Heating, plumbing, electrical, ventilation: in the course of further concept development (main goals: visible technology and pipe routing, no/little cladding, reduced standard of expansion adapted to use) - Fire protection con...
