The Pfalzische Pensionsanstalt (ppa) in Bad Duerkheim has three administration buildings at Sonnenwendstrasse 2 in Bad Duerkheim. The oldest of these buildings - hereinafter referred to as Building A - is being completely renovated on behalf of ppa. Painting work: The desired services include the preparation of the surface and associated overhaul coatings with latex paint NAK 1+2. The services also include floor coating in the basement. In addition to preparing the surface (existing screed), the floor needs to be primed and top coated with pigmented, glossy, water-thinnable, substrate preparation, approx. 2, 500-3, 000 m2 priming work on wall and ceiling surfaces, approx. 2, 500-3, 000 m2 coating work on walls (dispersion coatings, multi-layer), approx. 2, 000-2, 500 m2 coating work on ceilings (dispersion coatings, multi-layer), approx. 1, 000-1, 500 m2 Painting work on wooden and metal components, approx. 150-250 pieces or 500-700 m2 of filling and smoothing work (higher surface qualities), approx. 800-1, 200 m2 of wallpapering work (e.g. painter's fleece), approx. 1, 000-1, 500 m2 of coatings in secondary areas (e.g. technical, hallway or... Sanitary rooms), approx. 500-800 m2
