Renovation of the barn in the manor - municipality of Grosspoesna Property planning in accordance with § 34 ff. in conjunction with appendix 10.1 HOAI Services are commissioned in accordance with § 34 ff. HOAI in conjunction with appendix 10.1 HOAI via LP 1 to 9. The client provides for a step-by-step commissioning. First the LPs 1 to 4 commissioned for the entire barn building (1st construction phase, northern part and 2nd construction phase, southern part). LP 5 to 9 for the 1st construction phase, northern part, can optionally be commissioned in a 2nd stage. A legal claim to the transfer of services beyond service phases 1 to 4 There are no benefits. If necessary, informally name any subcontractors required for the respective subject of the order. The awarding authority reserves the right to request additional suitability documents. According to the contract, the contractor must provide the following services as part of the 1st stage: 1. Basic services: The contractor must provide service phases 1 to 4 of Section 34 Paragraph 3 HOAI. The basic services must be carried out in accordance with Annex 10.1 HOAI to Section 34 Paragraph 4 and Section 35 Paragraph 7 for these service phases listed.
