Technical equipment/electrical planning services in service phases 1 to 9 Renovation and expansion of the Wundersleben athletes' home - technical equipment / electrical planning The awarding authority intends to use the “Integrated” funding program Rural development and revitalization of brownfields” of the Free State of Thuringia the renovation and expansion of the Wundersleben sports center into a multifunctional facility. The guideline for the promotion of integrated rural development and the revitalization of brownfield sites from 2023. The subject of this award is the services of technical equipment/electrical planning, related to service phases 1 to 9 in system groups 1 to 6 (KG 410 to 450). Both Service phase 4 is not assigned to system groups 2, 3 and 6. In addition to the basic services, the following special services are also commissioned: - Preparation of drainage application (flat fee - service phase 4/service level 1) - Selection and completion of the necessary forms according to the procurement manual (flat fee - service phase 7/service level 2) - Monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period (time fee - service phase 9/service level 3) The Property planning and other specialist planning are awarded separately.
