Renovation and expansion of the high school in Schwaförden - architectural services The high school in Schwaförden is currently divided between the Schwaförden and Ehrenburg locations, but is to be merged at the Schwaförden location. In this context it should School building with sports hall in Schwaförden will be renovated with around 3, 500m² and expanded with around 3, 300m² to accommodate the additional space required. The Schwaförden secondary school consists of three building parts: - the old building from 1952 with four classrooms that appear to be structurally, energetically and technically inadequate, - the intermediate building from 1972, a single-storey part of the building with a teacher's room, administration, kiosk, student toilets, break hall and specialist classroom (FUR) music, which is structurally, energetically and technically solid, but which now needs to be renovated energetically and technically, - the new building from 1995, a two-story part of the building, with eight general classrooms (AUR), a group room and a FUR EDV, which has a solid building structure in terms of construction, energy and technology, but which now also needs to be renovated in terms of energy and technology, and - the sports hall from 1975 (one and a half fields), which, like the intermediate building, is particularly energy-efficient and needs to be technically renovated.
