On the premises in Erich-SchIesinger-Str. 24, fire and rescue station 1, built in 1983, is being renovated and expanded. The construction project is divided into four construction phases, with the services in construction phases 0 and 1 being largely carried out are completed... As the construction progresses, construction phases 2 (rescue service) and 3 (volunteer fire brigade and disaster control) must now begin. The two building parts BA 2 and BA 3 each consist of separate 1-story vehicle halls attached 2-story functional buildings that accommodate the sanitary, social, lounge and office rooms. The BA 3 building has a 3rd floor in the north-east of the building, which contains the training and fitness rooms as well as additional rooms and the ventilation center absorbs. The BA 2 building has a second floor on the south side as a technology center.
