The measure includes the partial renovation of the A building at the Kulmbach vocational school center, including the complete renovation of the central heat supply system for the entire school complex. The building, built in 1960, is being modernized in terms of energy, by renovating the facade and roof. Extensive structural and technical renovations are taking place inside. The over 60-year-old radiators in the classrooms are being replaced with modern electric blankets. An elevator will also be installed to all floors To make it barrier-free accessible. On the ground floor, the administration area with teachers' room, secretariat and school management offices will be fundamentally restructured. The auditorium remains an event and examination room. There will be 18 classrooms on the upper floors associated preparation rooms modernized.
