Renewal of the ultrapure water system and the ring main in building 28 Delivery and installation of an ultrapure water system and the ring main in Building 28, Hall 3. For surface treatments in the clean room, ultrapure water with special ( 17.5 MOhm*cm) is used. All components that are necessary for the treatment of the ultrapure water must be newly installed and included be connected to the existing systems. The water from the HD2 (5l/min) and the LW sink (90l/min) is returned to the tank. This water is enriched with CO2 through the processes.
