The ENS central technology must be upgraded in accordance with the planning specifications in order to ensure continued trouble-free operation. Due to a change in use, there is a need to use the space currently housed with other technical systems ENS system must be accommodated in a room that has been independently prepared for the ENS system. During the preparatory measures and the construction of the new ENS system, the ENS system currently in operation will remain operational for alarm purposes. The switch to the new ENS system will take place after the new ENS central technology has been set up in coordination with the client in a time window to be agreed upon during the execution period. The existing building consists of 6 floors, including the basement and... attic. The ENS system extends across the entire building. The central technology is located in the basement in a technical room. Access to the basement is via an outdoor staircase in the courtyard or via an adjacent one Elevator in the neighboring building possible.
