Tender Details

The railway overpass (EÜ) over the Kinzig and the B 294 is being renewed. The structure is located at kilometer 49, 954 of the single-track, non-electrified line 4880 Eutingen-Schiltach, in the Alpirsbach-Schiltach section Community or district of Schenkenzell. The existing overpass is designed as a steel deck bridge with a parallel truss and is approximately 60 m long. The track superstructure consists of a K superstructure with 49 E5 rails on hardwood sleepers on both sides internal guide rails. In the area in front of and behind the EÜ, safety gear rails are laid on concrete sleepers (B93). As part of the new building, the construction of a prestressed concrete bridge is planned. This is supported on reinforced concrete abutments and a Central pillar founded and equipped with joint constructions and spherical bearings. The structure is constructed on the side in shoring boxes and in an open excavation pit. During the route closure, the superstructure is moved from the side production position moved to the final position.
