As part of a negotiation procedure in accordance with § 17 VgV with a participation competition, planning services and construction supervision of the technical equipment in the plant groups waste water, water and gas systems (KG 410), ventilation systems (KG 430) and building automation (KG 480) are to be carried out as part of the measuree "Project 34.0567 Renewal of refrigeration generation" in the office building of the Deutsche Bundesbank Nuremberg branch, Bahnhofstr. 7, 90402 Nuremberg. The Deutsche Bundesbank intends to award service phases 3 and 5 to 8 HOAI. In doing so, it reserves the right to award the contract in stagespending further approval of the realization of the project. With the conclusion of the contract, the award of service phase 3 is planned. There is no legal entitlement to further orders.
