Removal, storage and destruction of patient files The Medical University of Lausitz - Carl Thiem (corporation under public law) - hereinafter referred to as MUL-CT - as the client (AG) is planning one based on the current tender To conclude a contract for the legally compliant outsourcing, storage and destruction of patient files from 1996 - 2008. The background is the intended demolition of buildings that currently contain, among other things, archive rooms and the construction of new buildings buildings. The patient files are located in several MUL-CT buildings. The rooms are accessible via stairs. The files to be outsourced are described in more detail in the list of services and the appendices. We are looking for a service provider who provides rapid, qualified outsourcing, external storage in accordance with the requirements for documentation, archiving and data protection as well as the destruction of files. Hereafter referred to as contractor (AN). The files have to be drawn up secured while maintaining the specified sorting/filing. It includes the following services: - Removing the files/folders from the shelves/cabinets in the sorting order, folding the archive boxes provided by the contractor or providing them containers. - Packing of several patient files, depending on the file size, into an archive box/container by the contractor's employees. - Marking of archive boxes/containers with a barcode...
