Comprehensive pollutant remediation will be carried out with careful removal and disposal of contaminated materials. This includes targeted decontamination measures before proper disposal. The demolition includes the dismantling of drywall, wall cladding and suspended ceilings. IIn the basement, the screed and floor coverings are being removed, whereby the screed from the ground floor to the 3rd floor is retained and the floor coverings are only partially removed. The furniture will be dismantled and disposed of professionally. The dismantling and professional disposal of the fire protectionWindow systems with fire protection glazing in the auditorium as well as the interior doors and the auditorium stairs are also planned.
Electrical installations, HLS systems and ceiling installations will be dismantled and, if necessary, disposed of professionallyed facility.
