Tenders are invited for Remedial Works to Damaged Concrete Structures in Block A, B, C, D & E at Eden Village - Roche Caiman

PURCHASE OF TENDER DOCUMENT: Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier-s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean Gate House as from Monday 12th February 2024 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 16th February 2024 not later than 2.30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Monday 19th February 2024 at 10.00am. The meeting point shall be at the Shop-s Car Park inside Eden Village - Roche Caiman.
