The subject of the service is the relaunch of the WordPress-powered websites www.deutsche-stiftung-engagement-und-ehrenamt.de and www.machen-vergleich.de based on the Federal Administration's Government Site Builder (GSB) based on the current technical Current conditions (see 2.1.3 for details). The service to be provided by the contractor is divided into two phases: Service phase 1: It begins with the conclusion of the contract and includes the go-live of www.deutsche-stiftung-engagement-und-ehrenamt.de and www.machen-vergleich.de by December 12th, 2026 at the latest (stage 1, see chapter 3.5) and ends with its acceptance. This phase includes the following services: -Conceptual development of the two websites in terms of content, editorial, design, structural and technical aspects as well as the integration of resulting new functionalities - Implementation of the conceptual development and go-live of both websites - The specific requirements for this are listed in Chapter 3.5. Service phase 2: It begins with the go-live of the two websites no later than December 12, 2026 and extends over the entire contract term. The contract term is at least 24 months and is then automatically extended up to twice each further 12 months. Phase 2 includes the following services: - Provision of the necessary technical support services (hosting, operation and maintenance) - Advice and support from the contractor on needs-related conceptual and technical matters Further development of the websites editorial support and support in the creation of content Further development (stage 2 listed in chapter 3.5) The live connection of the updated websites has to be coordinated with the client to be done by December 12, 2026 at the latest.
