Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman of the Tender Committee and marked with Tender Number and the subject. No other marks or any reference thereto should be printed outside the envelopes.
The Tenderer should enclose a Bank Guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for the value of 1% of the Tender value and addressed to the Chairman of the Tender Committee. The completed Tenders should be delivered to the Tender Section, new office In the Al-Ghubra Street, Bowsher (next to the panorama mall) on or before 10 A.M. on the assigned date for submission of the Tender. Tenders submitted after the above-mentioned date and time shall not be considered.
Preference shall be given to the Companies or Institutions, which comprise the required percentage of Omanization and possible purchase of Omani National Products
