5. The Tender Document in French can be purchased by all Bidders from eligible countries by submitting a request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of one hundred thousand (100, 000) CFA xOF francs or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be either by certified bank check in favor of the REDISSE III Project, or in cash against receipt at the Secretariat of the Project Coordination Unit.
