Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation Work of the Karal Mouloum-Loulou-Gawel Road, With the Construction of Two (02) Dalots in the Ndoukoula Commune of the Diamare Department, Far North Region.

Consistency of services
This work includes the following operations, the list of which is not exhaustive
:? clearing, deforestation;
? point-in-time localized repair of the wearing course;
? reshaping the platform without modifying the route;
? general earthworks for the occasional redevelopment of the platform in particular, the raising of the platform in a flood zone and the widening of narrow areas;
? rapid reshaping of the road;
? the punctual or continuous use of wearing course;
? maintenance, repair or creation of small hydraulic works such asculverts, gutters, downpipes, earth ditches and outlets, lined gutters and scuppers;

The Tender File can be obtained from the Secretariat of the Municipality of NDOUKOULA, upon publication of this notice, on presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum for purchase costs of the one hundred and twenty thousand (120, 000) CFA francs to the commune of Ndoukoula.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond (in accordance with the model attached in the annex) established by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, in the amount of Four million one hundred sixty-nine thousand (4, 169, 000) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
