Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of the Waterproofing Complex of the Passenger Terminal at Ngaoundere Airport.

The works consist of:
Installation of construction site-execution file;
Surface preparation:
- The careful demolition of the existing sealing complex (current and raised parts);
- Industrial cleaning of surfaces to be impregnated;
- The leveling with mortar of water-repellent cement dosed 250 kg / m² on the appropriate areas in order to correct the forms of slopes for water evacuation between 1 and 5%.
Sealing:
- The supply and implementation of a cold printing coating (SIPLAST PRIMER or equivalent);
- The supply and installation of a PARADIENNE 35 SR4 square angle reinforcement bracket or equivalent;
- The supply and installation of the coating of the single-layer waterproofing membrane PARAFOR SOLO GS or equivalent;
- The supply and implementation of PARADIAL S sealing with metal protection on the revealed parts;
- The replacement of all PVC pipes and elbows on rainwater births including all laying constraints;
- The provision of a ten-year guarantee.

Each tenderer must attach to its administrative documents, a tender guarantee issued by a first-class banking institution or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, in the amount of One million (1, 000, 000) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of the tenders, ninety (90) days.
