However, the online submission is subject to the payment of the DAO purchase fee.

Each Bidder must attach to its administrative documents, a tender guarantee established by a first-rate financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in exhibit No. 11 of the said Tender File, in the amount of 1, 800, 000 (one million eight hundred thousand) CFA francs, valid for ninety (90) days, from the closing date for the submission of such tenders.
