Tender Details

Quotation are invited for Rehabilitation and Maintenance of the Air Conditioning Unit of the Operating Block of the GynéCo-ObstéTriique and Pediatric Hospital of Douala (HGOPED).

1. Object
As part of the execution of the project cited in reference, the Director General of the Gyneco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital of Douala, Contracting Authority, launches a consultation relating to the rehabilitation and maintenance of the air conditioning central of the operating room of the Hospital Gyneco-Obstetrics and Pediatrics of Douala (HGOPED).

2. Consistency of the services
The service consists essentially of the rehabilitation and maintenance of the air conditioning unit in the operating room, the detailed technical specifications of which are contained in Exhibit No. 4 relating to the description of the supplies.

3. Estimated cost
The estimated cost including all taxes (inclusive of tax) of the service is ten million (10, 000, 000) CFA francs . This amount will be supported by budget line N ° 202052611730067612141 of HGOPED.

4. Delivery time
The execution period is forty-five (45) days from the date of notification of the service order to start the services.

5. Allotment
The supply is divided into a single (01) batch.

6. Participation and origin
Participation in this quotation request is open to companies located in Cameroon.

7. Acquisition of the file
The consultation file can be collected from the Public Procurement Service of the Douala Gyneco-Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital (HGOPED) Located in Yassa, BP 43 Douala, Tel. / Fax: (237) 233 504 300/233 504 309 Douala-Cameroon, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of the non-refundable sum of 25, 000 (twenty-five thousand) FCFA to the CAS ARMP Account n ° 33 59 88 00 001- 89 opened for this purpose by the Public Market Regulation Agency (ARMP), with BICEC agencies in the chief towns of the Regions of Cameroon during working hours every working day at the market service. This receipt must identify the payer as the representative of the Company or Group of companies wishing to participate in the Quotation Request

8. Submission of tenders
Tenders written in French or in English in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, accompanied by the signed submission model, will be deposited against receipt at the Gynecological Hospital Markets Service Obstetrics and Pediatrics of Douala (HGOPED) at the latest 25/03/2020 at 12 noon in a closed, sealed and sealed envelope, addressed to the Client with the mention:

9. Provisional security
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tender bond established by a first category bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list appears in this CD. The amount is set at two hundred thousand CFA francs (200, 000). Said deposit must be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.

10. Opening of bids
These offers will be examined on 03/25/2020 at 1 p.m. local time, by the Internal Public Procurement Commission of the Gyneco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital of Douala (HGOPED) in the meeting room of the General Management. The counting will be done in the presence of the tenderers who wish it or their duly authorized representatives and having a perfect knowledge of the offers for which they are responsible.

11. Period of validity of tenders
Bidders remain bound by their offer for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of offers.
