The contractor should develop and support the reorganization of the regional retail concept (REHK). The REHK serves to control large-scale retail developments at the regional planning level. In addition, the REHK can for municipal retail concepts are used and serves as an important basis. In this way, the REHK helps to recognize, observe and evaluate changes in the retail landscape, even on a small scale. Further information about the Greater Area Regional Association Braunschweig and the background of the REHK can be found in the service description.
