Tenders are invited for Refurbishment of Tanks (Tk-04, Tk-05, Tk-08) at Tobruk Terminal Project No: P-67.

Booklet price: 6000 L.D.

Brief description The Arabian Gulf Oil Company intends to launch a tender to refurbish three storage oil tanks at Tobruk terminal. The work includes replacing a complete floating roof on the three tanks. Replaces the bottom plates and the annular ring will perform on two tanks (TK-04 and TK-05). The bottom plate repairing of tank T-08 will depend on a complete survey to assess its condition by using the MFL technique by a third party of the famous company that has the experience and efficiency in using this type of technique. Therefore, the bottom replacement of the tank TK-08 will considered as an option.

Replacement will include entire related parts, facilities etc. The work involves data collecting, design and prepares drawings for the complete project. Prepare detailed work program. Furnishing all labor. Supervision, Supply and approval of materials, welding, installation, testing procedures and all services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the completion of Refurbishment of Crude Oil Storage Tanks as further described in Special Conditions, all under specifications and other Contract Documents included in the scope of work. Prepare and carry out hydrostatic testing of each tank as per the approved test procedure. Box-up, prepare for commissioning and start-up. Clean and de-mobilize from the work area.

All specialized companies which have the true desire to participate in this tender, and have the efficiency, ability, previous experience and specialized in the above mentioned field, please be informed that tender documents shall be withdrawn during the period from: (Day: Wednesday, Corres. To: 29/09/2021 A.D to Day: Thursday, Corres. To: 07/10/2021 A.D), (from: 10:00 A.M to: 12:00 P.M (midday)) through a direct delivery to their representatives who have to fill a form on the date of delivery, upon an amount of money of Six thousand (6000) L.D paid through non-refundable certified cheque issued by one of the working Libyan banks, for the benefit of the Arabian Gulf Oil company

 Prepare and submit by post or a direct delivery the below listed documents (Requirements) to the Main Tender Committee (MTC) of AGOCO.
