The assignment has as its object the thirty years of concession under the project of Finanza pursuant to the senses art. 193 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 of the restaurant-pizzeria area present inside the Velodrome park of Olive trees upon execution of all the works and provisions necessary to fully complement the preparatory works. The renovation and redevelopment intervention in question is entirely financed with private capital.
