DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: Redevelopment of the House of Anéhol's Woman -UNFPA in Togo launches a tender for the redevelopment of the House of Aného's Woman. This project aims to rehabilitate existing infrastructure in order to improve the reception conditions, activities and services offered to women in the region. The project is divided into two separate lots: lot 1: Rehabilitation of the main building (R+1), the fence and the annex building. The work includes repair of the walls, the installation of false ceilings, carpentry, electricity, plumbing, painting, as well as the construction of a hangar on the terrace. Lot 2: Rehabilitation of kiosks/stands, a counter and a hut. This batch includes earthworks, foundation, masonry, frame, cover, electricity, plumbing, tiling and painting. Project objectives: Offer a renovated, functional and secure space for socio-economic, educational and health activities of women.
