Redesign of Marktstrasse and Baugasse in the old town of Kleinheubach - engineering services With the help of urban development funding, the Kleinheubach market is planning the renovation of the old town, including the complete renovation and redesign of Marktstrasse the construction alley. ● The estimated construction costs amount to approximately €5.7 million gross. The construction project is supported with public funds (urban development funding / RZWas). ● A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Appendix 01 become. The subject of the procedure is the joint commissioning of the object planning of traffic systems and the object planning of engineering structures ● a) Object planning of traffic systems according to HOAI Part 3, Section 4, §§ 45 ff.: step-by-step commissioning of the basic services of the Performance phases 1 to 9 | initially only level 1 with LPH 1 - 4 including associated special services | further intended with level 2 with LPH 5 - 7 and level 3 with LPH 8 - 9 ● The object planning of traffic systems includes integration, planning and execution of street lighting in the street space ● b) Object planning of engineering structures according to HOAI Part 3, Section 3, §§ 41 ff. divided into group 1+2: waste water / sewer construction / pipeline construction: gradual commissioning of the basic services of service phases 1 to 9 | for now only level 1 with LPH 1 - 4 including associated special services | further intended with level 2 with LPH 5 - 7 and level 3 with LPH 8 - 9 ● c) Acceptance of the present concept planning: The induction, ...
