As part of the BSO construction project, contaminated excavated soil was generated in accordance with the waste code according to the Waste Catalog Ordinance (AVV) 170503* and was grouped into piles at the waste site. There are 16 heaps with an approximate total amount of 16, 000 t. The entire Quantity is classified as 170503* according to the currently valid version of the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance. The subject of the requested service is the professional disposal (recycling) of the resulting excavated material. The waste must be treated by the contractor in an approved technical facility and disposed of properly in accordance with the official allocation.
