Tender Details

The services requested as part of this award procedure are the recurring testing of electrical systems and the testing of portable electrical equipment at the Cologne, Bonn and Aachen locations West German radio. The currently valid regulations and rules apply. The tender is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes the recurring testing of the stationary electrical systems at the aforementioned locations locations. The aim of the test is to determine the effectiveness and operational safety of the systems. All tests are carried out in accordance with the DIN VDE regulations, particularly DIN VDE 0105. Lot 2 includes the testing of portable electrical equipment resources. The contractor carries out the complete inspection of portable electrical equipment in accordance with DIN VDE 0701 / 0702. The contractor also recommends one to the operator based on a risk assessment for each device Testing period in accordance with the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and TRBS 1111. The start of the contract is scheduled for September 1st, 2026 with a basic term of two years with an extension option for a further two years. The maximum total running time is four years. The services requested as part of this award procedure are comprehensively described in the attached service descriptions, including the associated appendices. The maximum purchase quantity in this framework agreement is lot 1 at approximately 6, 048 hours. The minimum purchase quantity is approx. 3, 024 hours. In lot 2, the maximum purchase quantity is approximately 264, 400 single-phase (230 V) and approximately 1, 640 three-phase equipment (450 V).
