UNDP is implementing for the year 2019, "a project to promote the inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities through innovative financing." The project goal is to develop the socio-economic integration of people with disabilities by promoting income-generating activities related to the specific needs of PH. An org diagnosisanisational conducted with a sample of OPH (organization of disabled people) revealed that most DPOs engage in economic activities that are craft (shoemaking, sieving), saponification, silkscreening (computer graphics), and the seam. They have boards of directors that hold periodic meetings.together with all the members to take stock of the activities and the reports are elaborated. They have physical addresses which also serve as sites of production of the goods intended for the marketing and are declared with the administrative authorities according to the laws in force with written statutes and rules of procedure.s DPOs face challenges that jeopardize their economic activities: Low literacy rates for members Low access to markets A lack of business plans and marketing plans Difficulties in the supply of raw materials; Inexistence or weakness of the financial management system A weak governance hasinadequate and inadequate means of production Low quality of production Limited access to financial services poor access to local and especially international business networks; Low probability of receiving training, particularlyin terms of management and financial management etc.In the context of the reinforcementof these DPOs, we are looking for an NGO specialized in the field of entrepreneurship that can provide hands-on coaching in the formulation and implementation of business plans in favor of these DPOs, in order to improve their productivity, and their income.
