You are invited to submit to UNESCO an offer indicating your best prices and conditions of delivery for the provision of the services described below: Recruitment of a service provider for the interpretation services of the Regional Conference on Intelligence In Africa of Africa The west from 03 to 05 September 2025 as part of the organization of the regional conference on the integrity of the information, scheduled for Cabo Verde from September 3 to 5, 2025, UNESCO wishes to recruit a qualified service provider to ensure simultaneous interpretation in French and English for The duration of the workshop. The service provider will have to mobilize a professional team and provide all the technical equipment required, in particular interpretation cabins, helmets, microphones, etc. He will also be responsible for the installation, the proper functioning of the equipment and support technique throughout the event. Experience confirmed in similar events, the ability to meet the technical requirements of UNESCO, as well as a detailed and transparent financial proposal will be required.
