Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Security and Surveillance Company
The contract is made up of two lots:
Lot 1 - Guarding and surveillance service Province of North Kivu
Lot 2 - Guarding and surveillance service Province of Kasai central
These lots covered by the contract are detailed in the terms of reference attached. 5. Other information The service must be provided in the provinces of North Kivu and Kasai Central with the possibility of extending to all other provinces and cities of the DR Congo where Handicap International has activities a) Expertise sought from the service provider: • Have experience of 5 years as a company in the field of guarding and surveillance based in the DRCongo; • Have an experience of more than 5 years with INGOs, • Have a representation in Goma (with capacity in the territories of Masisi and Rutshuru if necessary) and Kananga; • Have agents meeting the criteria below: Knowledge of Fire Safety. First aid knowledge. Knowledge of Access Control strategy. Knowledge of Initiation to Health Safety and Environment (HSE). Knowledge of Radio Communication. Knowledge of Safety Instructions.
