The State of Senegal has obtained from AFD a loan and a subsidy and from the European Union a subsidy whose management has been entrusted to AFD, and intends to use part of the amount of this one. to make the payments under the Agricultural Productivity and Food Security Improvement Project in the territories of the Southern Third of Senegal (Tiers Sud-Bey Daaré Project) to finance the service contract for the recruitment of two operators. Banana and Milk sectors - The Services of the consultant will cover:
• Mission 1: Operators Support to the banana sector;
• Mission 2: Operators Support to the milk sector
SODAGRI, for the Tiers Sud-Bey Daaré project, invites the consultants to express their interest in providing the services described above.
The criteria for eligibility for AFD financing are specified in Article 1.3 of the "Guidelines for the Procurement of Contracts Funded by AFD in Foreign States", available online on the AFD website www. .afd.fr.
