Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of an Office to Carry out Monitoring of Building Construction Works for the Benefit of the Ministry of Livestock

This service, which will be carried out by a consultant (office) according to the qualification of the consultant, aims to carry out and ensure on behalf of REDISSE III MR, project management services for the supervision of the execution works relating to the construction works of a sample reception room in Nouakchott, a cold room in Nouakchott and work to extend the veterinary station at PK 55 - Nouadhibou .

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSULTANT-S MISSIONS:
Generally speaking and without being exhaustive, the Project Manager must carry out the following tasks:

(a) General tasks:

Assistance with the general coordination of each operation and in particular the provision of sites;
Estimation of the financial and contractual impact of modifications to the works requested by the Project Owner or the REDISSEIII-MR and preparation of draft service orders and amendments to the corresponding contracts;

Assistance with site delivery.
