The envelopescontaining the financial bid and the technical bid MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and each must be submitted in a closed and clearlyIt shall bear the mention "TECHNICAL SUBMISSION" or "FINANCIAL BID", as the case may be.Each envelope shall clearly indicate the name of the tenderer and the reference of the invitation to tender 51099 / RFP / UNDP GUINEA / 2018.In the hypothesis where you need explanations, we invite you to send your questions to the following email address: info.offres.gn @If a bidder chooses to send his bid by express mail from Guinea or from abroad, this must be done before the closing date and time set in Conakry. Once the deposit has been made, the bidder must send to UNDP at the address "info.offres.gn@undp.org"the copy of the deposit receipt or the LTA (AWB) to enable UNDP to track the fold. If UNDP does not receive a copy of the receipt or LTA by e-mail as an alert, the submission will not be taken into account for the evaluation and will be returned to the sender.
