CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE SELECTION OF A PARTNER (NGO/CSO) FOR IMPLEMENTING THE COMMUNITY-BASED MONITORING & EVALUATION SYSTEM (CBM&E) OF THE PEACEBUILDING FUND (PBF) DURATION OF IMPLEMENTATION: 6 months PREPARATORY CONFERENCE: Will conducted on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at UNDP SUBMISSION DEADLINE: May 25, 2026 AT 4:00 p.m. TYPE OF CONTART PROPOSED: "Responsible Party Agreement" R.P.A CONTRACT AWARD: UNDP will award the contract to the qualified NGO having obtained the highest total score higher under the stated evaluation method.The QB-FBS methodology implies that all proposals have the same maximum overall price (which cannot exceed a known fixed budget amount), focusing the selection on quality of the proposal and on the approach and methodology proposed by CSOs/NGOs. CSOs must provide their best technical proposal and best financial allocation (within budget) in a single envelope (clearly indicating proposed overhead costs). Evaluation of all technical proposals will be carried out, in accordance with the evaluation criteria described below, and the institution that obtains the highest technical score will be selected.
