Specific objectives

- Objective 1: To improve the nutritional status of pregnant women through the distribution of

multiple micronutrients (MMS)

- Objective 2: To strengthen the activities of the SIAN campaign, supplementation and routine

deworming for children aged 6-59 months in the intervention districts

- Objective 3: Strengthen the enabling environment and counseling approach to support early and

exclusive breastfeeding

- Objective 4: Strengthen an enabling environment and guidance for providers to support best

practices in infant and young child feeding (IYCF).

- Objective 5: Develop early detection and access to early treatment of malnutrition

- Goal 6: Increase physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food.
