OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION Under the supervision of the UNICEF Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, the consultant will provide technical support and guidance to the Ministry of Health and UNICEF for the preparation, implementation and implementation of the project. completion of the survey in the 4 areas of responsibility selected.
